In response to a significant debate within the ILO Governing Board and subsequent responses dated 25 February 2016, the Union Syndicale Fédérale (USF) as part of the International Labour Organization (ILO) is resolute in its commitment to improve the International Labour Administration Tribunal (ILOAT). The USF firmly believes that the reform and strengthening of the ILOAT is essential for the long-term success and reputation of the international civil service.
