- Register online for any of our trainings and webinars.
- Voluntarily complete a membership application form or provide feedback on any of our communications (surveys) or via

How will we use your data?
Union Syndicale Fédérale collects your data so that we can:
- Process and manage your membership.
- Answer your questions (and/or transfer them to our representatives in your institution).
- Propose you webinars, trainings, conferences you might wish to attend.
- Send you, if you are retired and if you wish so, our Agora magazine
How do we store your data?
Union Syndicale Fédérale securely stores your data at Combell data center. We recognise our responsibility to provide an appropriate level of security for the information you entrust to us. Accordingly, USF has taken various measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions shall be in place.
Union Syndicale Fédérale will keep your data for the duration of your membership. Once you resign/are expelled/stop paying your membership, we will delete your data after 12 months.
Concerning the data you provide us for webinars, trainings, conferences, we store them for a period of 12 months as well.
Concerning the data you provide us for legal proceedings, we keep them for the duration of the case and might store them for archives purpose.
Marketing
As a Trade Union we do not offer marketing communication but if you have agreed to receive our communications (emails, print), you may always opt out at a later date.

What are your data protection rights?
Union Syndicale Fédérale would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
