During our Federal Committee meeting in June 2026, one of our colleagues, Stefano Luoni, delivered a presentation on the growing role of Artificial Intelligence and its potential impact on the European workforce. The discussion highlighted both the opportunities offered by AI and the challenges it presents for workers, employment conditions, skills development, and social dialogue, as well as its potential implications for EPSO recruitment and talent selection. As the EU institutions continue to modernise their recruitment processes, understanding the opportunities and risks of AI is becoming increasingly important for both candidates and staff.
