On 31 July, Union Syndicale, along with two other representative trade unions of the Council and the Secretary-General signed a new agreement on the organization of working time:
- Simplification,
- more autonomy for colleagues,
- less hierarchical controls.
Moreover, thanks to our Union Syndicale negotiation strategy, firm commitments from the employer were obtained in terms of rights to disconnection (protection against digital intrusion in free time), compensation for night work and weekends, as well as daily and weekly minimum breaks guaranteed by European legislation.
