Introduction
Dear colleagues,
We invite you to participate in the internal USF survey on Digitalisation by gathering input from your respective environments and completing the survey by the end of January.
The data collected will be compiled into a comprehensive Excel table by our Secretariat. This table will serve as a valuable resource for USF Member Organisation Committee members, helping them identify best (and worst) practices related to digitalisation. It will also assist Working Group Members in developing a vademecum or a set of recommendations on digitalisation issues, to be presented before the 2025 summer break.
Please note that the results of this internal survey will not be published externally. However, the vademecum may be made public following its submission to the Federal Committee.
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to support the follow-up of the Alicante Congress resolution and enhance our collective understanding of digitalisation’s impact.
When completing the survey, please consider the full scope of digitalisation, including its effects on both teleworkers and office-based colleagues.
While the survey is not based on strict scientific methodology, its primary purpose is to spark internal discussions, improve communication, and foster the exchange of insights within the USF community. Should further information or clarification be needed on specific topics, you can consult the relevant USF Member Organisation for the latest updates.
