Solidarity with Women Around the World

In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, we invite you to watch our video highlighting the crucial issues that women face in the workplace and beyond.

đź”´ Career Gap means fewer opportunities for women to rise to leadership positions, limiting their professional growth and advancement.

đź”´ Pay Gap means women continue to earn less than men for the same work, undermining financial equality and independence.

đź”´ Pension Gap means women are at risk of facing poverty in retirement due to lower lifetime earnings and career interruptions.

These gaps are not just statistics—they represent real challenges faced by women every single day. As a trade union, it’s our responsibility to fight for equality, fairness, and the recognition of women’s contributions in all sectors.

Why should we address this? Because equal pay for equal work, equal opportunities, and economic security for all women are fundamental human rights. When we fight for women’s rights, we build a stronger, fairer world for everyone.

Join us in solidarity—watch the video, don’t hesitate to share it, and let’s continue to fight for a future where gender equality is a reality for all.
