“Union Syndicale Ispra and Sevilla (US-I) has been the longest-standing staff representative organisation at the Ispra site. Today, as in the past, US-I actively participates in consultations and meetings with the national and EU authorities to improve the working conditions of the workforce. In-depth knowledge of the issues, determination and reliability are, again and again, the characteristics that US-I puts at the service of all Staff! US-I provides a legal assistance service which can be useful in the event of disputes at statutory or personal level, as well as help in preparing for EPSO competitions through the distribution of teaching materials such as exercise books or the organisation of specific training courses.”
