Join Us for a Wellbeing Workshop on

” Psychological Safety at the Workplace

Psychological safety is the belief that you won’t be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes. Each of us has unique quirks and vulnerabilities that need to be embraced within the workplace, creating an environment where authenticity thrives despite the occasional missteps and misunderstandings.

We all deserve to feel safe at work, to be able to speak up and be heard and to learn by making mistakes. It is a fundamental part of our well-being at work. When individuals feel valued, respected, and free to voice their opinions without reservation, they are more likely to contribute their best ideas, take calculated risks, and ultimately, excel as a cohesive team. It fosters a culture of continuous learning and development and most of all personal performance and effectiveness. We believe that true workplace success lies not only in productivity and profit margins but also in the intangible bonds of trust and mutual respect fostered by a culture of psychological safety.

Our well-being workshop in September, Andy Whittle will explore what psychological safety is, why we need it and why it matters. We also like to listen and to share some of your experiences and discuss ways to challenge our work environments to make them safer.
