“Overcoming Imposter Syndrome“
As the days grow cooler, it’s a great time to reflect, recharge, and refocus on our personal and professional growth. One area that continues to affect many of us, often quietly, is imposter syndrome. It’s that persistent feeling of self-doubt, the worry that we’re not truly competent or deserving of our success, despite evidence to the contrary.
Imposter syndrome can be especially present during times of change or increased visibility, and it can lead to anxiety, hesitation, and the constant fear of being “found out.” It can hold us back from opportunities, limit our confidence, and make us question our achievements.
To support you in overcoming these challenges, we’re inviting you to join our upcoming workshop with well-being coach Andy Whittle. Andy will guide us through understanding how imposter syndrome shows up in our lives, how to challenge the inner critic that fuels it, and how to start building lasting confidence and self-awareness.
