The Commission subsequently provided <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Ares20261032732-USF-lettre-du-29.01.2026-Demarches-engagees-par-la-Commission-aupres-des-autorites-belges_final.pdf\">a written response<\/a><\/strong> , which is published here alongside the original USF letter for transparency and the context of the exchange.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the Commission has also prepared <em>a template letter on MyIntracom<\/em> to assist those affected in their individual dealings with the Belgian pension authorities. <em>Access to MyIntracom varies by institution<\/em>, and retirees do not have access to it. This is why you can contact <a href=\"mailto:OSP-US-BXL@ec.europa.eu\">Union Syndicale Bruxelles<\/a> for the sample letter, as it is not published directly on this website. If you have difficulty finding it, <a href=\"mailto:OSP-US-BXL@ec.europa.eu\">you can contact USB<\/a> to receive a copy of this sample letter on an individual basis.<\/p>\n<p>The content of the Commission\u2019s response and the sample letter is the sole responsibility of the European Commission and is subject to change over time.
