class=\"content-area\">\n<div class=\"align-none \">\n<div class=\"free-text none \">\n<h2>Assessment criteria<\/h2>\n<p>On 22 June, 27 EU leaders agreed on 6 criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the assurance that the agency is\u00a0<strong>operational<\/strong>\u00a0when the UK leaves the EU<\/li>\n<li><strong>accessibility<\/strong>\u00a0of the location<\/li>\n<li><strong>schools<\/strong>\u00a0for the children of the agency staff<\/li>\n<li>access to the\u00a0<strong>labour market<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>health care<\/strong>\u00a0for employees&#8217; spouses and children<\/li>\n<li><strong>business continuity<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>geographical spread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator
