No one is safe! It may only be a matter of time&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4><em><strong>Harassment in EU institutions : the case of IPSO<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Over the years, moral harassment has become a &#8220;guest&#8221; in labour relations! In the long term, it creates a hostile and unhealthy working environment. The consequences are well known: sick leave, absenteeism, demotivation&#8230; This must change! That is why USF supports <a href=\"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/organisations-membre\/ipso-international-and-european-public-services-organisation\/\">IPSO<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecb.europa.eu\/home\/html\/index.en.html\">ECB<\/a>&#8216;s trade union, and all its Member Organisations of the European and international institutions in this day of action against harassment.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel you are the TARGET of one or more people, we are here to LISTEN TO YOU, ADVISE YOU, ACCOMPANY YOU&#8230; You will never regret breaking the infernal spiral and defending yourself!
