{"id":3330,"date":"2022-10-28T12:59:06","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:59:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/?p=3330"},"modified":"2023-07-18T13:57:57","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T12:57:57","slug":"euaas-management-situation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/en\/euaas-management-situation\/","title":{"rendered":"EUAA&#8217;s management situation"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-2 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-8 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Individual staff members and the local staff committee have contacted USF to complain and raise concerns regarding human resources management and ethic issues at EUAA Agency (Malta).<\/p>\n<p>Following repeated complaints and articles published in the European press, on 4th July USF President, was mandated by Federal Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Letter-from-USF-president-to-EUAA-executive-director-04072022.pdf\">to contact by letter<\/a> Mrs. Nina Gregori EUAA\u2019s Executive Director to discuss the situation and find a way to re-establish a climate of serenity and trust.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Gregori <a href=\"https:\/\/unionsyndicale.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/EUAAs-reply-to-USF-01082022.pdf\">replied in her 1st of August 2022\u2019s letter<\/a> that she wished to receive more information on the nature of such claims before taking any action.
