We collect data and process \u00a0\u00a0data when you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Register online for any of our trainings and webinars.<\/li>\n<li>Voluntarily complete a membership application form or provide feedback on any of our communications (surveys) or via<\/li>\n<li>Use or view our website via your browser\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><u>How will we use your data?<\/u><\/strong><u><\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale collects your data so that we can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process and manage your membership.<\/li>\n<li>Answer your questions (and\/or transfer them to our representatives in your institution).<\/li>\n<li>Propose you webinars, trainings, conferences you might wish to attend.<\/li>\n<li>Send you, if you are retired and if you wish so, our Agora magazine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><u>How do we store your data?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale securely stores your data at Combell data center. We recognise our responsibility to provide an appropriate level of security for the information you entrust to us. Accordingly, USF has taken various measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.<\/p>\n<p>Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions shall be in place.<\/p>\n<p>Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale will keep your data for the duration of your membership.
