The advantage of becoming a member of Union Syndicale<\/strong><\/p>\n

Union Syndicale represents all the staff of the European Public Service (EPS), without distinction of nationalities, religious convictions, political opinions, categories or statutes. Founded in 1974, Union Syndicale is today the most representative union on all European institutions and international organisations.<\/p>\n

Why choose\u00a0Union Syndicale<\/strong>\u00a0rather than another trade union? What is its purpose? What are its characteristics, and what is its DNA? And above all: why participate in a trade-union?<\/em><\/p>\n

Face to face with an employer, an individual counts for very little. The interests of workers \u2013 whether they be officials, manual workers or employees \u2013 need to be represented collectively in order to be heard. That is the first reason why workers form trade unions.<\/p>\n
