It is my pleasure and honour to invite you to the 17<\/span>th<\/span> Congress of the Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale, which will be held at the <\/span>European Youth Centre<\/span><\/i> of the Council of Europe in Budapest, Hungary, from 16 to 19 April 2027.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For more than 50 years, Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale has been the leading trade union for officials of the European Union institutions and for staff of international public administrations across Europe. The Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale is the largest trade union within the Council of the European Union, the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European External Action Service, the European Central Bank, the Council of Europe, the European Patent Office, the European University Institute and many EU Agencies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Congress of Union Syndicale F\u00e9d\u00e9rale is held every four years. It brings together around one hundred delegates from all over Europe, who work together to define the trade union policy of the Union Syndicale for the years ahead.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Congress also provides an opportunity to engage in dialogue with European political leaders. These leaders head European or international institutions and, as such, are also our employers. The main topics on the Congress agenda include:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
